Quick start in 3 steps
Every device follows the same simple flow. Pick your device below for the exact steps.
Amazon Fire TV Stick, Fire TV 4K and Cube
Stream live and on-demand TV on Amazon Firestick or Fire TV devices, with help from our support team for setup and app selection.
Get the Downloader app
From your Firestick Home, select Find > Search. Enter Downloader, pick the orange Downloader app from Amazon Appstore, then choose Get.
Allow Downloader to install apps
Go to Settings > My Fire TV > Developer Options. Select Install Unknown Apps and turn Downloader to ON.
Install an IPTV player app
Search for IPTV Smarters Pro or TiviMate in the Appstore, or install them using Downloader.
Log in using Xtream Codes API
Open the player app, choose Xtream Codes API, and enter the server URL, username, and password from your confirmation email. Then tap Add to load your channels and movies.
Smart TVs: Samsung Tizen, LG webOS and Hisense
Enjoy channels and movies directly on your Samsung or LG Smart TV. We guide you in adding IPTV apps and entering your details.
Install the player from the TV app store
On your Samsung Smart Hub or LG Content Store, search for IBO Player (or Smart IPTV) and select Install.
Find your Device MAC and Key
Open the app on your television. The home screen shows your TV's Device MAC Address (for example b4:0e:22:xx:xx:xx) and the Device Key.
Sign in on your computer or phone
Visit https://iboplayer.com/device/login on a computer or phone, enter your Device MAC and Key, then click Login.
Add your Xtream playlist
Select Add XC Playlist, enter a playlist name, the server URL, username and password from your confirmation email, then select Save. Restart the app on your TV to watch right away.
Android TV, Google TV, Nvidia Shield and Android boxes
Android TV boxes and phones make it easy to access your channels. Follow our setup instructions or ask our team for help at any step.
Install an IPTV player app
Open Google Play Store and search for TiviMate IPTV Player or IPTV Smarters Pro. Download and install the app.
Select Xtream Codes API option
Open the app, tap Add Playlist, then select Xtream Codes API.
Enter your login information
Fill in the server URL, username, and password from your confirmation email, then tap Next.
Wait for content to load
The app will download your live channels, TV guide, movies, and series. Pick any channel to start watching.
Apple iOS (iPhone and iPad) and Apple TV
Apple TV, iPhone, and iPad let you watch anywhere. Our support helps you choose the right app and get streaming without trouble.
Install from the App Store
Open the App Store on your iPhone, iPad or Apple TV 4K. Search for Smarters Player Lite (or IBO Player or GSE Smart IPTV) and tap Get.
Start the app and agree to terms
Launch the app and accept the user agreement to proceed.
Log in using Xtream Codes API
Choose Login with Xtream Codes API. Enter any name, your username, password, and server URL.
Watch on your device or AirPlay
Tap Add User. You can watch directly or cast to any AirPlay-compatible TV.
Windows PC, laptop and Mac
Use IPTV player apps on Windows or Mac computers for a full-screen TV experience. Our team sends clear steps for your software.
Use IPTV Smarters Pro app
Download IPTV Smarters Pro for Windows (.exe) or Mac (.dmg). Open the app, choose Xtream Codes API, enter your username, password, and server URL, then click Add User.
Use VLC for a quick stream
Open VLC, press Ctrl + N on Windows or Cmd + N on Mac to open Network Stream. Paste the M3U link from your confirmation email and click Play.
MAG boxes (250, 254, 322, 420, 524) and Formuler
MAG box users receive detailed setup instructions and account info by email. We provide help for each menu and screen if needed.
Locate your MAG box MAC address
Check the label under your MAG box for the MAC address starting with 00:1A:79 or find it under Settings > System Settings > Device Info.
Send your MAC address for activation
Contact us by email or WhatsApp and provide your MAC address so we can activate your device.
Configure the portal on your box
On your MAG box, go to Settings > System Settings > Servers > Portals. Set Portal 1 Name to your brand and Portal 1 URL to the portal URL from your confirmation email.
Restart and load your channels
Save your settings, return to the previous menu, and select Reboot Device. Your TV guide will appear after the restart.
Roku sticks and Roku TV

Cast via AirPlay or screen mirroring
Play channels in IPTV Smarters on your iPhone, iPad, or Android phone. Tap the Cast or AirPlay icon and choose your Roku to view on the big screen.
Use Web Video Caster app
Install Web Video Caster on both your mobile device and Roku. Paste the M3U link from your confirmation email, select your Roku device, and press play.
No device matches your search. Try another name or choose All Devices.
